Warr LLC works to partner with both high net worth individuals and institutional clients. Our investment approach is a two pronged approach. In the first phase we look to show the partner a solid and consistent return on their initial investment through quick turn transactions such as single family residences and small apartment buildings. Once that is accomplished and the partner has recouped a portion of their initial investment we move on to the second phase which is to obtain larger multi-family housing for long term cash flow and appreciation.  This process is used on a constantly increasing scale.

The first phase becomes the income generation phase and the second phase becomes the wealth building phase. This investment model uses the first phase as the foundation phase to generate the funds to move to the second phase which then magnifies the overall returns while decreasing risk of the initial partners’ investment.
